Hosted by former food writers for the Canton Repository Saimi and Jennifer who will entertain you and delight you with fun stories, trivia, and treats en route! We are offering four awesome one day Foodie Field Trips designed to tantalize your taste buds and excite the “Foodie” in all of us along with unique shopping opportunities at each venue!!
#1 Sip, Sample, Shop in Ohio City!

Our first stop will be to the 104 year old West Side Market, a Cleveland landmark known for its vast array of ethnic and gourmet foods. We will include two light meals, tastings, desserts and a behind the scenes tour of a fabulous local Ohio City restaurant located in a historic bank building. We will also include a visit to an award winning brew pub, popcorn and candy store, Hungarian Bakery, and a German Imported Food Market. This is an awesome progressive eating experience at one of the most famous neighborhoods in Cleveland!
#2 Tremont Treats!

Trendy Tremont has rapidly become one of the most unique food destinations in Cleveland! We will include a light meal at a restaurant headed by acclaimed chef James Beard, treats at an artisan chocolatier, wine shop, and hip boutique. We will enjoy cocktails at a local pub, then continue to the Slavic Village to sample authentic European baked goods. We will enjoy another light meal at and Old World Polish restaurant and bakery along with a surprise stop guaranteed to knock your socks off!
#3 Wine Time!

Our day will kick off with a Sunrise Sangria and a tasty morsel! Our first stop will be at a wine bar located in a historic farmhouse with a wonderful shady wrap around porch in Stow. We will continue to Aurora to a winery nestled in grounds with lush gardens, walking paths, and water features. After some shopping time at the Aurora Outlet Stores, we will travel to Historic Hudson to
sample light fare at a fine dining establishment on the Square. Our final stop will be a pub in a historic building perched over the Cuyahoga Falls. Each stop will include wine and food specially crafted just for us!

#4 First Ladies, Football, and Food!

This adventure includes a tasting tour of the unique treasures of Stark County! We will include a visit the National First Ladies Library with tea and treats on the patio. A light meal awaits at the historic Canton Club with a fabulous view of downtown! We will include a brief tour of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and a stop at the McKinley Monument for photos. We will also include a stop
by a Canton chocolatier, local iconic root beer stand, and a cheeseburger at the famous Menches Brothers who are credited with inventing the burger, ice cream cone, and caramel corn! Our shopping stop will be at the fabulous Hartville Flea Market and restaurant.
Cost will be $95 pp for each trip. All trips include roundtrip motor coach transportation, delightful commentary, prizes, and treats by the ladies along with the progressing dining experience, shopping, and fellowship!
