Our day begins at 9:30 aboard the Goodtime I out of Sandusky, Ohio! Enjoy a leisurely cruise throughout the day with stops at two Lake Erie Islands. We will cruise by Cedar Point Amusement Park and enjoy watching the mega coasters! There will be restrooms and a refreshment bar on board.
Our first stop will be at Kelley’s Island around 10:30, home of the famous Glacial Grooves and Inscription Rock. We will provide golf carts for everyone to enjoy a jaunt around the island, stopping by one of natures most awesome and interesting sights to view the glacial grooves carved out by the Wisconsin Glacier. You can also stop by Inscription Rock to see where the Indians left behind a wonderful example of ancient culture! You can pick up a sandwich to enjoy on the cruise over to Put In Bay or an ice cream at one of the many quaint shops and restaurants on Kelley’s Island.
We will board the Goodtime by 12:00 for a one hour ride over to Put In Bay, one of the most active and fun destinations on the North Coast! Enjoy some lunch on your own at one of many wonderful eateries including the famous Boardwalk for some awesome Lobster Bisque! We will provide a tram tour beginning at the dock at 2:30 until 3:30 which will showcase the highlights of the island! You can also go to the top of thePerry’s Monument for a small fee…the view is awesome! There will be some free time to enjoy the numerous boutiques and shops downtown. We will depart at 4:30 for a cruise back to Sandusky, passing by the Marblehead Lighthouse. We will dock back at Sandusky around 6:00.
Cost will be $45 without lunch included, or $55 with deli lunch buffet included on the boat.
